Core Resources for the DCSRH
The best free sexual & reproductive health references for the diploma, in one calm list — the official CoSRH learning, the eligibility guidance you’ll lean on daily, and the wider clinical sources. Hand-picked, not exhaustive.
These are the resources for the GP Diplomas track, focused on the CoSRH Diploma (DCSRH, formerly DFSRH). They sit alongside our own Core Tools and Question Bank — the official sources to read, and the trusted places to check a rule.
The essentials
If you only open four links for the diploma, make them these.
e-SRH — the go-to programme for the diploma
CoSRH’s official e-learning, mapped to the DCSRH curriculum so each session lines up with a diploma assessment — contraception, STIs, planning pregnancy, early pregnancy & abortion referral, psychosexual medicine and providing SRH care. Peer-reviewed by SRH, GP and GUM clinicians. You’ll need a free elfh account.

“Read around the e-SRH, but make UKMEC 2025 your home base — the theory paper keeps coming back to eligibility. If you can move quickly between a condition and its category, and know where the CoSRH guidance fills in the ‘what next’, most questions become straightforward.”Dr David Palethorpe, Co-Founder & GP Partner (MBBS, BSc (Hons), MRCGP)
A note on accuracy and independence. Links point to third-party sites we don’t control; their content and addresses can change. Guideline bodies follow the College of Sexual & Reproductive Healthcare (CoSRH), which renamed from the FSRH in 2025; contraception content uses UKMEC 2025.
