Core Revision is a digital product. When you sign up you get instant, full access to the question bank, guides and tools straight away.
Refunds
If Core Revision turns out not to be right for you, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full — no questions asked. Refunds are returned to your original payment method, normally within five working days.
After those first 14 days we are generally unable to refund, because the content is unlocked in full from the moment you join. If something has gone wrong, or your access runs out before your exam, please email us anyway — see the sections below.
Before you buy
If you’re not sure whether Core Revision is right for you, please email us first at admin@corerevision.com — we’d much rather help you decide than have you buy something that isn’t a fit. Your statutory rights and the 14-day cancellation period
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you normally have a 14-day right to cancel a digital purchase. We do not ask you to give up that right at checkout, so it stands alongside our own 14-day guarantee above. Either way the outcome is the same: email us within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full, whether or not you have already started using the content.
Model cancellation form
You do not need to use any particular wording to cancel within the 14-day period — an email saying you want to cancel is enough. If you prefer, you can copy the model form below (from Schedule 3 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) into an email to admin@corerevision.com or a letter to the address shown.

Technical problems or billing errors
If you’ve been charged in error, or a technical problem stops you accessing what you paid for and we can’t put it right, please contact us at admin@corerevision.com and we’ll resolve it fairly.
If your exam doesn’t go your way (any Core Revision exam product)
There’s no failure tax. If you sit the exam your package covers while your access is active and don’t pass, email us within 30 days of your result and we’ll extend your access free of charge until your next sitting. For the MSRA, which has no pass mark, that means your score didn’t get you an interview or an offer in your first-choice specialty. Full details are in section 4.4 of our terms.
To use this, email admin@corerevision.com within 30 days of receiving your result, with evidence of the sitting (for example your results email). We extend your access to the same product free of charge until your next sitting — for as many sittings as you need. Full terms are in our Terms & Conditions (section 4.4).
