Practise the DRCOG the way the exam actually asks it

850 single-best-answer questions across the seven DRCOG subject areas, each with a full, guideline-referenced explanation — and a timed mock built to the exam’s real shape.

What the exam involves

120 single-best-answers in three hours

The DRCOG is a three-hour computer-based paper of 120 single-best-answer questions, each worth two marks. There are no EMQs — if your revision material still mentions them, it predates the current format. The pass mark is standard-set by a panel of consultants and GPs using a modified Angoff method, so it moves with the difficulty of the paper rather than sitting at a fixed percentage.
